Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack SaaS Developer or Development Agency to build a modern, multi-tenant B2B Logistics & Fleet Management Platform. The goal is to digitize supply chain workflows, fleet tracking, and carrier operations through a responsive web application and driver mobile app. Core Features List: 1. Multi-Tenant Architecture & Admin Portal: Enterprise tenant isolation, Granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and multi-company account management. 2. Dispatch & Load Management: Load creation, automated rate confirmation generation, driver assignment, and real-time status tracking. 3. Fleet & Driver Management: Driver profiles, document compliance tracking (licenses, ELD records), and vehicle maintenance logging. 4. GPS & Real-Time Tracking: Route optimization, geofencing, dynamic ETA calculations, and map visualizer integration. 5. Billing & Invoicing: Freight rate calculations, proof of delivery (POD) upload, automated invoice generation, and payout tracking. 6. Client Portal & Analytics: Shipper tracking dashboard, delivery status notifications, and exportable revenue/performance metrics. Key Deliverables - Architecture & System Design: Database schema, API specification (REST/GraphQL), and multi-tenant security architecture. - UI/UX Design: Interactive prototypes/wireframes in Figma (Desktop & Mobile views). - Web & Mobile Applications: Fully functional front-end web dashboard and a cross-platform mobile app for drivers (iOS/Android). - Back-End & API Integration: Secure API integrations (Maps/GPS, SMS/Email notifications, Payment Gateways). - QA & Deployment: Unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipeline setup, and cloud hosting deployment (AWS/GCP). - Documentation & Handoff: Clean, documented codebase alongside system admin guides.
