Senior Next.js Expert Needed

I am looking for a highly experienced senior Next.js developer to perform a comprehensive, independent audit of two existing LOCAL business websites: Both websites are currently running on Next.js. I am NOT looking for a redesign at this time, and I am not looking for a generic SEO audit generated by automated tools. I want an experienced Next.js professional to personally inspect both websites and, if access is provided, review the actual source code. 1. NEXT.JS / TECHNICAL AUDIT Please review: • Overall Next.js architecture and code quality • App Router / Pages Router implementation • Server-side vs. client-side rendering • Performance and mobile speed • Core Web Vitals – LCP, INP and CLS • JavaScript and bundle size • Image and font optimization • Caching • Errors, broken links and technical issues • Dependencies and outdated packages • Security concerns • Forms and lead-generation functionality • Hosting/deployment configuration 2. TECHNICAL SEO AUDIT These are established local-service business websites, so preserving and improving SEO is extremely important. Please review: • Google crawlability and indexing • Sitemap.xml and robots.txt • Canonical URLs • Redirects • Page titles and metadata • Schema/structured data • Service-page structure • City/location-page structure • Duplicate or thin content issues • Internal linking • URL structure • Mobile SEO • Technical issues that could negatively affect rankings I am NOT looking for someone to simply run Lighthouse, PageSpeed, SEMrush, Ahrefs or another automated tool and send me the results. I can do that myself. I want an expert to interpret the findings and identify issues that automated tools may not identify. DELIVERABLE I want a written audit covering BOTH websites.
