I need one professionally designed real-estate website for my rental-property business. The site must display long-term rental properties with availability, inquiry, showing, and application options. It must also display my vacation rentals/Airbnb properties, synchronize availability with Airbnb, and allow visitors to book through Airbnb or potentially book directly. The website must include a separate event-center section with photos, packages, pricing, availability inquiries, and an online booking workflow. Event clients should receive an automatic email or proposal showing the total amount, required deposit, remaining balance, and payment deadlines. The system should support contracts, electronic signatures, online deposits, payment reminders, and confirmation emails. Preferred setup: Wix Studio for the primary website, Lodgify for vacation-rental synchronization, and HoneyBook for event-center bookings.
