AI Voice Agent Developer | GoHighLevel AI Receptionist | Vapi, Retell AI

We’re looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to build, configure, test, and launch an inbound AI Voice Agent / AI Receptionist integrated with GoHighLevel CRM. The AI Voice Agent will answer inbound calls, handle FAQs, qualify callers, route calls, and book appointments directly into our GHL calendar. The project will primarily use Retell AI for the AI Voice Agent, with ElevenLabs for natural, human-sounding voice conversations. Experience connecting Retell AI, ElevenLabs, GoHighLevel, Twilio Voice, Vapi, and n8n is highly preferred. Scope of Work: - Configure and fine-tune the inbound AI Voice Agent using Retell AI - Integrate the AI Voice Agent with GoHighLevel CRM - Configure ElevenLabs voice settings for natural AI conversations - Set up FAQs, call routing, human transfer, and appointment booking - Connect the Retell AI Voice Agent to the GHL calendar - Configure GHL workflows, triggers, contact updates, and call outcomes - Use n8n or webhooks for CRM Integration where required - Save call summaries, caller details, and appointment information in GoHighLevel - Test the AI Voice Agent for interruptions, latency, FAQs, booking, and call-routing scenarios - Refine the Retell AI prompts, workflows, and ElevenLabs voice configuration based on testing Required Experience: We are looking for someone with hands-on experience building AI Voice Agents using Retell AI and ElevenLabs, preferably with GoHighLevel CRM. Relevant experience includes AI Voice Agent, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, GoHighLevel, GHL, Twilio Voice, Vapi, n8n, CRM Integration, API Integration, inbound calling, call routing, and appointment booking. You should be able to independently configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize a complete AI Voice Agent using Retell AI, ElevenLabs, and GoHighLevel CRM.
