CPanel (WebMail) to Google Workspace + WordPress Infrastructure Migration

## Google Workspace & WordPress Migration Hi! I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to help us take control of our company’s email and website infrastructure and move away from relying on our current third-party website provider. ### What we currently have * Company email hosted through cPanel/webmail * A WordPress website * An existing company domain * Our website and email are currently managed through a third-party provider ### What we want to achieve We want to move to a setup that is **fully owned and controlled by our company**. #### 1. Migrate company email to Google Workspace We want to move our existing company email from cPanel/webmail to Google Workspace. This should include: * Setting up Google Workspace * Migrating all existing email accounts * Preserving existing emails and historical correspondence * Keeping our existing company email addresses and domain * Configuring everything required for reliable sending and receiving * Minimising email downtime * Testing everything after migration #### 2. Migrate our WordPress website We want to move our existing WordPress website away from our current provider and onto hosting that is controlled by our company. We want to retain: * Existing domain * WordPress website * Website content * Design * URLs * Existing functionality The migration should be done carefully so that the website continues to function properly after the move. #### 3. Make our company fully independent The end goal is for us to have direct administrative control over our own infrastructure, including: * Domain * DNS * Website hosting * WordPress * Website files and database * Google Workspace * Company email * Backups We also need guidance on what access, files, credentials and information we should obtain from our current provider before the migration begins. ### What I expect from the freelancer I am looking for someone who can take ownership of the migration from start to finish, including: **Audit → Backup → Migration → Configuration → Testing → Handover** Please don't make any changes to our existing infrastructure before the migration plan and scope have been agreed. ### Please tell me in your proposal: 1.
