Key Responsibilities Data Ingestion & Merging: Retrieve and combine US municipal building permit logs, property parcel details, and housing age records at the zip code and neighborhood level. Pattern Mapping: Cross-examine permit activity (e.g., recent mechanical, electrical, or structural filings) alongside home age variables to highlight prime hyper-local target zones. Visual Deliverables: Convert spatial queries and dataset summaries into clean, standardized executive PDF reports featuring clear visual data points. Production: Provide consistent, systematic turnaround on a per-report basis once geographic parameters are supplied. Required Skill Set Demonstrated experience working with US public records, municipal open data portals, or tax assessor datasets. Capability in data processing, GIS, or automated layout generation (e.g., Python, QGIS, ArcGIS, or custom reporting scripts). Focus on presenting complex local data in an easy-to-read, professional client format. Engagement & Pricing Structure Model: Fixed fee per completed report.
