Full-Stack Developer for Coach Platform

What we're building We run a coaching business that helps service-based entrepreneurs scale with systems instead of hustle. Over the past years we've built those systems for 100+ client, and every one of them ends up juggling the same ten tools: email marketing, a CRM, checkout pages, a course platform, webinar software, DM automations, ad dashboards and a pile of AI prompts in random documents. So we're building the thing that replaces all of it: The CEO Headquarters; one dashboard where a coach runs their entire business, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting inside it. It's already up and running. This is not a "figure out what to build" project. It's a "build this properly" project. You'd be building with us. Who we're looking for Must have - You've built multi-tenant SaaS before and know where row-level security bites you - You've integrated third-party APIs, including the ones with bad documentation and weird webhooks - You can translate a design mockup into a pixel-accurate build; the design matters to us - English good enough for async written communication that doesn't need decoding - Fast and good communicatino How we work: - Direct communication, no layers. You talk to the founder. - Weekly check-ins, async updates in between. - We move fast and prefer shipped over perfect; then we improve it. - We're clear about what we want, and we'll tell you straight when something's off. We expect the same from you.
