Experienced Mobile App Developer for Scalable Social Video Platform

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer or small team to build an MVP for a new scalable social video platform. The app will have a modern user experience broadly comparable to platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including video/media content, user profiles, social interactions, notifications, location-based features, and a scalable backend. We are particularly looking for strong experience in Flutter or React Native, video upload/processing/streaming, backend architecture, APIs, cloud services, and scalable mobile applications. Please send 2–5 relevant apps you have personally worked on, preferably with App Store/Google Play links, and briefly explain your role in each. Please also mention your availability, estimated development timeframe, and preliminary price range for an MVP. We prefer milestone-based development, regular test builds, Git access, and full ownership of all custom source code after payment.
