Full Stack Developer Needed to Design & Develop Multi-Step Form (React + Custom PHP)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and develop a dynamic multi-level (multi-step) form application. The frontend should be built using React.js with a modern, responsive, and user-friendly interface, while the backend should be developed in Custom PHP (without Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other frameworks unless specifically justified). Project Scope: Frontend (React) Design and develop a responsive multi-step form wizard. Clean, modern, and intuitive UI/UX. Form validation at each step. Progress indicator/navigation between steps. Conditional fields and dynamic form sections based on user selections. Save draft functionality (preferred). Mobile and desktop compatibility. Backend (Custom PHP): Develop secure RESTful APIs to handle form submissions. Store submitted data in MySQL database. Server-side validation and sanitization. Manage multi-step form data and workflow. Ability to retrieve, update, and submit saved forms. Secure authentication/session handling if required. Email notifications upon successful submission (optional).
