Create me a full course website devlopement from scratch

Hi i am creating a course from last 6 years and i have created 88 course and want to move it from the platform to a customize ones. I need full devlopment scratch. 1- I have uploaded my course to a zipped file, where you need to download and upload to the video storage platform Blackbaze B2 Or Wasabi Storage. 2- This would be too time taken, because each course file size is around 1gb to 16 gb each, I am not sure maybe it's 600-700 Gb course for all. You need to download zip file one by one. 3- You must make the folder and organised it at the exact postion on course dashboard and storage dascboard that can align it. 4- No homepage needed, only course dashboard needed and admin panel. Also i will share the example of the dahboard and also you can use of ai. 5- Customize panel, there is 88 course. So every course will not open until i allow to access unlocked for course or categories. Every users will get only few course and rest of course will show locked. so they can click on unlocked and they can apply for the unlocked the course, which i will get message or email. So i can review and approved to unlocked if i wanted. 6- Also i want to store my student email contact in some database for future contact. 7- User can change their password. 8- Anti fraud system activated- If someone want to use in more than 2 device then the account will automatic blocked. If someo one went to download via any source code through chrome or any extension that cannot be available or detectable. If anyone trying to screen record that it will be auto blank and no download options. 9- I am using blackbaze and wasabi but their will be no any video embedding option but you need to do the best research before bidding and tell me. 10- This would be time taken, and only download and upload is harder option and rest of thing will be easy. 11- Please Don't Bid with ai and please don't ask me for price increase, I have added my final price, if you can't please don't apply it. 12.
