AI Marketing and Automations Developer (Experimental/Systems Thinker)

We make a lot of video content and now I want to make 10x more. So right now everything is all over the place, nothing is connected and too much is done by hand. I need someone who can look at the mess and start connecting things. To clarify. This is NOT a social media manager job so I don't need someone to post stuff. I need someone who looks at all our processes and thinks okay I can fix this, I can connect these things and make it work properly. You'll work with me directly on this and if you're that type of person who looks at a broken thing and can't stop thinking about how to fix it, then this is for you. **About the Role** Basically, I want to take our video marketing from where it is now and 10x it. That means someone needs to come in and build the systems for that. **What you'd be doing** - Set up Monday.com so we can actually see what we’ve worked so far, what's already done, what's stuck and what needs to be worked on - Find and plug in AI tools where they actually help us or for coming up with content ideas, figuring out what's working and what's not, brainstorming etc - Building automations so we stop doing things manually - Help me find out how to produce 10x more content without dropping the quality of the content. This starts part-time but I want to move this to full time. You'll join the team right away, daily meetings, the whole thing. I don't have this role perfectly figured out. It's new and it's actually what you make of it. But if you're good at it there is a lot of room here. **Requirements** - You think in systems, like when you see 5 tools that don't connect to each other, it bothers you. That's the main thing. - You've built automations before. Doesn't matter what tool. n8n, Zapier, Make, scripts, whatever. - You really understand the AI so you know where it actually helps and where it's a waste of time. - Monday.com experience is a plus but not required. **Job Details** - Rate: $5/hr - Part-time to start, goal is full-time. Need you available Monday to Friday, 9a-5p EST. - This is a trial. My goal is to get you a raise. I want you to make as much money as possible.
