Im looking for a Chinese or Japanese creepy voice over artist that speaks english

I'm looking for a long term voice artist for ongoing narration work in a dark, atmospheric documentary style. I run 2 channels, 1 about China and 1 about Japan. I need a narrator who can correctly pronounce city and person names. Each video is 20 to 30 minutes long, with scripts of 3,000 to 5,000 words.
