AI Operating System for a Construction Company (Claude Expert, Operations Focus)

We are an established construction business that already uses AI heavily day to day. We have hit the ceiling of what we can build ourselves, and we are looking for a true specialist to take us to the next level. READ THIS: this is an operations role, not a marketing role. Most AI specialists we come across build marketing automations, funnels, and content systems. That is not what we need. We need someone who has automated real business operations: project management, accounting workflows, service departments, and internal knowledge systems. WHAT WE WANT TO BUILD 1. AI Executive Assistant - Pulls from our Slack workspaces, email, and project management platforms - Compiles a daily action plan and tracks everything that needs follow up - Drafts emails for review before anything goes out - The bigger goal: a company-wide AI brain the whole team can leverage in their daily work 2. Accounting Agent - Scans a dedicated accounting inbox and pulls relevant invoices - Enters invoices into QuickBooks - Monitors our order desk as material orders come in from field staff - Creates purchase orders in QuickBooks and drafts supplier emails for admin review before sending 3. Service Department Agent - We receive a steady flow of warranty and service requests from builders - The agent should handle intake: log each request, pull the relevant project details, and categorize the work - Coordinate the follow up: draft responses to builders, track open requests through to completion, and flag anything aging or slipping - Goal: the service pipeline runs itself, with our team reviewing and approving rather than chasing 4. Sales Pipeline Agent - Connected to our CRM - Pulls relevant deal data and surfaces the top priority calls and follow ups each day REQUIREMENTS - Expert-level proficiency with Claude specifically: the API, Claude Code, MCP connectors, agents, and skills - A track record of shipped operational AI systems for real businesses, not demos - Experience working with tools like Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, and CRMs - Strong communication.
