ConnectXV Platform Development

ConnectXV is a new UK platform connecting rugby players with coaches for recruitment and networking, built as a two-sided marketplace with player and coach profiles, search/matching, and in-platform messaging. It's a greenfield build with no existing site, targeting a pilot launch of around 25 coaches and 200–300 players by October 2026, with full rollout by December if achievable. The platform must include safeguarding features such as monitored messaging, photo/video review, and an admin dashboard for moderation, alongside GDPR compliance and alignment with the UK's Children's Code. We're open to recommended tech stack and integrations, and want full IP/source code ownership on completion. We're looking for a small team or agency to quote the initial build and, separately, ongoing maintenance. We will send more information out if you're interested.
