AI Automation Developer for Dispatch System

We are a growing transportation/shuttle company in Calgary seeking an experienced automation developer to enhance our dispatch and booking system. Currently, bookings are primarily received via text messages. We aim to develop a system that uses AI to interpret customer messages, extract booking information, organize bookings, and generate daily dispatch sheets. The goal is to reduce manual data entry while maintaining control over the dispatch process. Key tasks include integrating our SMS system with an AI-powered booking system, extracting customer information, recognizing repeat customers, flagging incomplete bookings, and generating dispatch sheets. The system should allow for human review and override, integrate with QuickBooks for invoicing, and be reliable for daily use.
