Restructure existing Discord server + build custom bot (role sync from Supabase)

Overview: I have an existing Discord server for my trading education brand (MarketMinds Mastery / TradingCoachAI) with about 60 active members already in it. I need it properly restructured into a Free tier and a paid "Elite" tier, plus a custom bot that automatically manages access based on subscription status. This is an existing, live server — not a fresh build — so please work carefully to avoid disrupting current members or losing existing history/content. What I need: 1. Server restructure - Reorganize into two language categories: Greek and English, each with their own channels - Free-tier channels: general chat, announcements, free educational content, intro/welcome (existing members should land here by default) - Elite-tier channels (new, locked): signals, deeper coaching discussion, live Q&A, exclusive content — visible only to members with the Elite role - Standard support channels: rules, FAQ, verification/onboarding, support tickets - Please review current channels/content first and propose what to keep, merge, or archive before making changes 2. Roles & permissions - Free / Elite / Admin / Moderator roles with correctly scoped channel permissions - New members land in an onboarding flow (rules acceptance → verification → access to Free channels) - Existing 60 members should be migrated cleanly into the new Free role without needing to rejoin - Clear escalation path so I can promote/demote roles manually if needed as a backup 3. Custom bot — subscription-to-role sync - I use Supabase as my backend (subscription/payment status is stored there) - Need a bot that checks a member's subscription status (via Supabase, likely through a webhook or scheduled sync) and automatically assigns/removes the "Elite" Discord role based on active/cancelled/expired status - Should handle edge cases: failed payment, cancellation, renewal, someone leaving and rejoining 4. Additional bot functionality - Welcome message + rules acceptance flow for new joins - Basic moderation (anti-spam, banned word filters, slow mode where needed) - Optional: simple leaderboard or engagement tracking (nice to have, not required) 5. Documentation & handover - Clear documentation on how the bot works and how to maintain/update it - Bot code delivered in my own GitHub repo - A short walkthrough (recorded video or live call) of the admin/mod tools once complete Tech stack preference: - Discord.js (or similar) for the bot - Integration with Supabase for subscription status - Open to your recommended approach for hosting the bot (e.g. a small always-on server, Railway, etc.) — please include this in your proposal To apply, please share: - Examples of Discord servers/bots you've built or restructured, ideally with subscription/role-sync functionality - How you'd approach reorganizing a live server with existing members without disrupting them - Your recommended hosting approach for the bot and any associated cost - A fixed price and timeline for the full scope above I can provide Supabase access (read-only where possible) and Discord server owner/admin access once we're underway.
