WordPress Developer – Sync Inmovilla CRM with Existing Houzez Website (Properties + All Lead Forms)

I run a real estate agency in Spain. My website is built on WordPress with the **Houzez** real estate theme, and **I want to keep the current design exactly as it is** - this is not a redesign project. All my properties already live inside my **Inmovilla** CRM. I need a developer to sync that data with my existing website in both directions: **1. Properties: Inmovilla → Website** - The properties currently loaded manually on the website (directly through WordPress) will be removed/replaced - Set up a sync so properties from Inmovilla automatically populate the website — this needs to cover: - My own direct portfolio (already in Inmovilla) - MLS collaboration properties (shared with me by other agencies through Inmovilla's network) - New development / obra nueva listings - Inmovilla offers 3 possible integration methods (iFrame widget, custom API, or daily XML feed) — I'll share their technical documentation; open to your recommendation on which fits best while preserving the current design **2. Leads: Website → Inmovilla** - Every form on the website needs to send leads into Inmovilla as a "demanda," including: - Property information request forms (individual listing inquiries) - "Sell your property" form - Contact us form - Newsletter signup - Any other lead capture form on the site - Inmovilla requires a specific email format for this to work automatically (subject line pattern + body fields with colons — e.g. Name:, Email:, Phone:, Ref:) — I'll share the exact spec from Inmovilla's documentation once we start **What I'm looking for:** - Experience with WordPress + the **Houzez** theme specifically (must preserve existing design/layout) - Prior experience integrating **Inmovilla** with an external website — strongly preferred - Comfortable with XML feeds, REST APIs, PHP, and WordPress form plugins (Contact Form 7, WPForms, or whatever the site currently uses) - Able to configure email-based lead parsing to match a third-party CRM's required format **Deliverables:** 1. Recommendation on the best method for syncing properties (own portfolio + MLS collaborations + new developments) into the site without changing its design 2. Full property sync implementation, replacing manually-loaded listings 3. All website forms reconfigured to send correctly-formatted leads into Inmovilla 4.
