Frontend Engineer — React / Next.js / Svelte / AI-Native Development

Overview We're a fast-growing healthcare AI company helping Americans in need access critical care. We’re looking for a product-minded frontend engineer to help build important parts of our core web application on a per-project basis. You should also be effective with modern AI coding tools and know how to use them to move faster while maintaining strong code quality and aligning with overall success criteria. We move fast, ship iteratively, and you would take real ownership over your work — this is a role for someone who can work with ambiguity, operate relatively independently, and succeed in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment. What You'll Do -Build and ship frontend features directly used by users -Work primarily with Next.js, Svelte, TypeScript, and Vercel -Build tests and APIs -Utilize the latest AI technology and tools -Iterate quickly: ship, test, learn, improve -Operate with high ownership and make pragmatic technical decisions independently Requirements -2+ years of professional software engineering experience -Strong CS fundamentals and startup-speed execution -Strong frontend skills: TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, React, -Svelte/SvelteKit, HTML/CSS, responsive design, API integration, state management, and Vercel -Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, --Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot -Comfortable with agile, iterative development *Must be based in the United States To Apply Please include: -A brief note on a recent frontend project you've shipped (what made it hard, how you solved it) -Your availability (hours/week) and hourly rate
