Web application development react / three.js or similar

We are looking for an experienced freelance Web Application Developer to build a high-quality, interactive web experience for real estate / property projects for our one of client. The application will be designed primarily for mobile phones and tablets, with desktop support as well. What we are building; We want to create a lightweight, visually rich interactive web application similar to modern real-estate project experiences. The experience will combine: Interactive GIS / map-based navigation Satellite imagery and location visualization Project/location markers High-quality architectural render images Interactive project navigation Building/floor selection Interactive hotspots 360° views where required Smooth transitions and animations Project information and filters Mobile/tablet-friendly interface English/other lanagauage support The key objective is to create a premium 3D/digital-twin-like experience without making the application dependent on heavy 3D models. Most visual scenes will be based on optimized high-quality renders, allowing the experience to run smoothly on mobile phones and tablets. Technical direction We are open to your recommendations, but experience with the following would be highly valuable: React / Next.js JavaScript / TypeScript Mapbox / MapLibre or similar WebGL mapping technologies WebGL Three.js or similar 3D technologies Interactive maps and GIS 360° / panoramic viewers Responsive mobile-first applications Image optimization and asset streaming Vercel or similar cloud deployment API integration What we expect from the developer You should be able to: Convert UI/UX designs into a polished web application Build smooth map → project → building → floor navigation Create interactive image-based experiences Optimize the application for mobile and tablet performance Handle large numbers of visual assets efficiently Implement smooth transitions and animations Integrate GIS/map data Build reusable components so the platform can support multiple real-estate projects Deploy and maintain the application Work independently and communicate clearly with our team Important We are NOT looking for a traditional website developer. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience creating interactive web applications, map-based experiences, WebGL/3D interfaces, or sophisticated real-estate visualization platforms. We already have experience in 3D, GIS and digital-twin technologies and will provide the required project data, renders and visual direction. The developer's primary responsibility will be to turn these assets into a smooth, interactive web experience. Engagement Freelance / Contract We are initially looking for someone to develop the first experience, with the possibility of long-term collaboration for additional projects and platform development.
