WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

Most clients don't come to me with a coding problem. They come with a process that leaks. Leads going cold, a sales handoff nobody owns, onboarding held together by a spreadsheet, support tickets that vanish, renewals that surprise everyone.

I map the whole thing first — lead → sales → onboarding → ops → support → post-delivery — and diagram it so you can see exactly where the money falls out. Then I build the system that closes the gaps. Usually in HubSpot, sometimes in code, often both. RevOps that's actually actionable, not a slide deck.

I've been building on HubSpot CMS (now Content Hub) since the early theming days and have lived through every version of that environment.
