I have extensive experience with 3CX/Mitel/Aastra/FreePBX systems, as well as Linux and network administration. I can meet specific customer requirements, from dial plans to Call flow design. I can debug a variety of call connection and quality issues and have the ability to do advanced troubleshooting on these types of problems.

I worked on the Mitel Unified Communication and Collaboration project for Large Government organizations and Private Organizations of Bangladesh with 5000+ users and multiple Nodes, designing the communications infrastructure piece of that system. I have completed 10+ projects, most of those with 100+ users, 10+ SIP & E1 Trunks, Call flow design, Multiple IVRs, ATA/FXS, and FXO for analog telephones on another marketplace within the joining of 2 months.

    You will get full 3cx VoIP solution installed and Configured with SIP trunking This contract was for the complete implementation of 3CX (& hosting) for our business. The job was made more difficult because I know nothing about VoIP or 3CX. Sometimes it's hard to know who to hire on Upwork, and often we can only go by other peoples reviews to try & make the best informed decision we can. So I was incredibly lucky to have chosen Rakib. He had all the expertise required to understand my requirements, make suggestions and implement effectively. His communication skills (English) are prefect, and he also worked with other of my staff members to help test and answer their questions. He even did a small training video for us. If anything, we mucked Rakib around, (my apologies Rakib), but he was always professional, understanding and helpful. Thank you Rakib, and again apologies for the delays on our end.

    Fix 3CX SIP Trunk issue It's a fantastic experience with Rakib. He just fixed the SIP trunk on 3CX within minutes with all the call routing issues I had had trouble with for a long time. I really appreciate the effort he put.
    I'd definitely recommend him to everyone for any issue with 3CX or VoIP.

    Install CyberPanel with LiteSpeed Server on Digital Ocean optimized for WordPress I have been working with Rakib Raihan for the last few months now. I have had trouble with my hosting for a long time and Rakib Raihan suggested that I move to CyberPanel. He then installed and configured CyberPanel with Cloudflare SSL, created DNS settings for my new host, transferring files from the old host - all without any issue and zero downtime. I am really happy with his approach. I’ll keep working with Rakib Raihan that’s for sure.

    WordPress Design Customization and Backup for Tattoo Website Rakib did great customization of my old WordPress Website and made it responsive. I was having an issue with the backup. He took the backup manually and restored it on my new hosting.
