1000 3D model files for generic parts

We are building a large dataset of industrial mechanical CAD design files and are looking for experienced mechanical engineers and CAD designers to produce original, parametric 3D models. What we need 1,000 individual part files spanning the following categories and variations: Brackets & Mounts (150 parts) Motor mounts, shaft mounts, bearing mounts, panel mounts, rail mounts, angle brackets, gusset brackets, cantilever brackets, adjustable mounts, slotted mounts Sheet Metal Parts (150 parts) Enclosure panels, cable trays, mounting plates, guard covers, heat shields, bent brackets, stamped clips, conduit hangers, junction box lids, support gussets Machined Parts (150 parts) Spacers, standoffs, flanged adapters, tooling plates, shaft collars, clamping blocks, riser blocks, manifold bodies, pillow block housings, custom bushings Enclosures & Housings (150 parts) Injection-moulded enclosures, die-cast housings, PCB enclosures, terminal boxes, sensor housings, connector hoods, cable gland bodies, sealed covers, vented panels, EMC enclosures Structural & Frame Components (100 parts) Weldments, extrusion-based frames, machine bases, conveyor side frames, cross-members, corner posts, gusset plates, tie rods, stiffener ribs, portal frames Fastened Sub-Assemblies (100 parts) Motor-to-frame assemblies, gearbox mounts, pulley brackets with adjustment slots, bearing housings with end caps, shaft support assemblies, rail-mounted actuator brackets Fluid & Sealing Components (100 parts) Pipe flanges, valve body blanks, manifold blocks, boss features with gland threads, O-ring groove fittings, bulkhead adapters, pressure port blocks, coolant fittings Miscellaneous Industrial Parts (100 parts) Cam followers, guide rails, locking collars, detent mechanisms, jig plates, fixture blocks, tooling pins, indexing plates, custom pulleys, sprocket hubs File requirements Format: STEP (.stp) and FreeCAD (.FCStd) — both required per part Models must be fully parametric with a clean feature tree No imported or scanned dumb solids Each part must include a short spec sheet (PDF or text) stating: material, manufacturing process, key dimensions, and any load or fit requirements Files named clearly by part type and number (e.g. bracket_motor_mount_001) What good looks like Clean, manufacturable geometry — no floating faces, no zero-thickness walls Correct draft angles on moulded parts, bend radii on sheet metal, thread callouts on machined parts Assemblies must have correct mating relationships between components Delivery Batches of 50–100 parts preferred so we can review quality before full rollout First batch of 50 used as a quality gate — full order released on approval All files delivered via Google Drive or similar IP & ownership All work must be original — no copied or downloaded models Full IP assigned to buyer on delivery — include this in your proposal You confirm you are the sole author of all submitted files Who we are looking for Minimum 3 years mechanical design or product engineering experience Proficient in FreeCAD or able to deliver in STEP + a native format Experience with sheet metal, machined parts, and injection moulding preferred Able to work to a spec sheet and produce consistent, production-ready geometry To apply Tell us your rate per part, your CAD tools, and attach 3–5 samples of previous industrial part work.
