The current version exists, but we need a full creative redesign from scratch to elevate the project presentation to a high-end standard. What we need: Full redesign of real estate booklet/brochure Premium, modern, corporate look & feel Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling Print-ready + source files Requirements: Proven real estate / luxury brochure design experience Strong portfolio is mandatory Budget: Up to $100 (flexible for the right talent)
