Architect Needed – Premium Townhouse Concept Design We are seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Design Studio to develop a modern townhouse concept design for a premium residential development. The objective is to create a contemporary, marketable, and cost-efficient townhouse prototype that combines architectural excellence with practical family living. The design should be distinctive, timeless, and suitable for a high-quality residential community. This is a concept design project only. Project Details: Built-up Area: Approximately 250–350 sqm per townhouse Plot Area: Approximately 600 sqm per plot Configuration: Two stories + roof Location: Jordan Design Requirements: We are looking for a modern contemporary architectural style with: Clean architectural lines Timeless aesthetics Abundant natural lighting High-quality materials Strong yet welcoming architectural identity The development consists of multiple townhouse units within a cohesive residential community. Attached (side-by-side) layouts are preferred to maximize land efficiency and construction economy while ensuring: Privacy Functional family layouts Natural daylight Private outdoor spaces Alternative design approaches are welcome if they provide clear architectural or commercial advantages. Required Deliverables: The selected architect should provide: Concept floor plans (including furniture layout and dimensions) Site plan and landscape concept Building elevations and sections Area schedule Material and façade concept Minimum 4 high-quality exterior 3D renderings Presentation boards suitable for internal review Proposal Requirements: Please include: Portfolio showcasing similar residential projects (townhouses, villas, or residential communities) Brief description of your design approach Estimated timeline for completion Experience in designing townhouse developments or residential communities is highly preferred.
