25kV Transmission Line Design - Canadian Standard

I'm looking for an electrical engineer/designer with proven experience in the design of 25kV overhead transmission lines based on the Canadian Standards. There are two 25kV transmission lines each has an approximate length of 5KM. Both transmission lines will share the same route but on different structures and will terminate at overhead transformer bushings. The scope is to provide complete design for the system above including the following: 1. Routing layout. I will provide the site layout drawings in DWG format. 2. Drawings show the construction details of each transmission line type used and the bill of materials for each. 3. Writeup explaining the basis of design, references to CSA standards, and any specific construction requirements. The candidate must provide a sample of previous work that is relevant to this project scope.
