Summary

I have purchased land in Central Florida, USA,. Land survey & Wetlands done and would like to build a new ~2,800 sq ft house, single story. I have already a layout and relevant information on requirements. I need plans drawn 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathroom, and sealed by a structure engineer for a building permit approval by the city Okeechobee County, Florida. Plans must include all relevant drawings (Septic tank, Electrical, HVAC layouts) to get a owner-builder construction permit by the county. Still waiting for county info. I will be selecting a candidate by July 30th
