Overview We produce a large number of viral short-form videos for YouTube and are looking for a talented editor to join our growing team. Your responsibilities: ● Edit 6 vertical videos per day, 6 days a week ● Make the first 1–2 seconds as engaging as possible to maximize audience retention ● We provide: the script, AI voiceover, and several reference videos ● You deliver: a polished 9:16 video within 24 hours, ready to upload We're looking for someone who: ● Is experienced with both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects ● Has edited YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, or Instagram Reels ● Has worked with AI/TTS voiceover content (preferred but not required) ● Knows how to create strong hooks, smooth pacing, and high-retention edits ● Is dependable, organized, and able to follow a consistent production workflow ● Has solid written English skills Pay: ● $5 per completed video (fixed rate) ● Around $180 per week, paid through Upwork (approximately $720/month) ● Ongoing work available immediately ● Paid trial project — we never ask for unpaid tests ● Long-term opportunity with a stable editing team How to apply: ● Share 3 examples of your previous short-form edits (viral content is a plus) ● Confirm that you can complete 6 videos per day with a 24-hour turnaround ● Start your proposal with "ready to edit".
