💰 $720/Month – YouTube Shorts Editor (LATAM)

We’re scaling a high-output YouTube channel focused on Shorts and are looking for a dedicated long-term video editor based in Latin America to join our workflow on a monthly recurring contract. Our goal is simple: build a stable team — most of our editors stay with us for over a year. Daily workflow 6 Shorts per day, 6 days per week Maximum 24-hour turnaround per video (from script to final edit) You’ll receive everything upfront: script, AI-generated voiceover (TTS), and B-roll / references Your job is to turn it into a high-retention 9:16 Short — strong hook, fast pacing, clean subtitles, and impactful sound design What we’re looking for Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro AND Adobe After Effects (both are mandatory) A strong understanding of what keeps viewers watching Shorts Prior experience with TTS, faceless, or viral-style content is a big advantage Consistency and reliability on a daily basis — this is critical for us Must be based in Latin America (this position is specifically for LATAM editors) Compensation $720/month via Upwork (Fixed Price contract, renewed monthly) Paid test edit before starting — we do not ask for unpaid work Successful trial → immediate transition to ongoing monthly contract How to apply To be considered, include the following: Three (3) Shorts you’ve personally edited (TTS / viral content preferred) Confirmation that you can handle 6 videos per day with a 24h turnaround Start your application with the code word "ASADO" (in CAPS, in quotes) on the first line We respond to every application within 48 hours — guaranteed.
