A2P 10DLC Registration & SMS Compliance Specialist Needed (Complete Setup Within 1 Week) Budget: $500 Fixed Price Project Overview We are a growing healthcare/telehealth company seeking an experienced A2P 10DLC specialist to fully set up our SMS infrastructure and carrier registration so we can legally and reliably send text messages to customers and leads. We need someone who has successfully completed multiple A2P registrations and understands carrier compliance requirements. Goal: Complete setup and approval process within 1 week. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Review our current SMS setup Register and verify our business with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and applicable carriers Create and submit all required A2P 10DLC campaigns Ensure compliance with carrier requirements Review and optimize opt-in, opt-out, and help messaging flows Review website compliance requirements Review privacy policy and terms language related to SMS Assist with Twilio, Telnyx, RingCentral, HighLevel, or other SMS provider setup (if needed) Troubleshoot carrier rejections and resubmit as necessary Deliver a fully operational SMS system capable of sending compliant text messages Required Experience Please only apply if you have: Successfully completed multiple A2P 10DLC registrations Experience with SMS compliance and carrier approval processes Experience with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries preferred Familiarity with Twilio, HighLevel, Telnyx, or similar platforms Strong understanding of TCPA, opt-in requirements, and carrier guidelines To Apply Please include: How many A2P registrations you have completed.
