ACX Audiobook Production Specialist – Graphic Conversion & Multi-Volume Upload (150+ Audio Tracks)

We are an established publishing house seeking an experienced, full-service ACX Audiobook Specialist / Audio Engineer to handle the complete end-to-end publishing setup and submission for a 4-volume collection. This project covers 88 distinct chapters/books structured across 4 volumes, comprising approximately 150+ individual audio MP3 tracks/folders. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities Graphic & Cover Art Conversion: Take our existing rectangular KDP paperback/ebook covers and convert/reformat them into 4 ACX-compliant square cover images (2400×2400 pixels minimum, 300 DPI, RGB colour space). Audio File Organization & Quality Check: Systematically organize, name, and group the 150+ audio files across the 88 chapters and 4 volumes. Perform basic audio QA to verify that files meet ACX technical requirements (RMS sound levels, noise floor, and lead-in/lead-out silence) to eliminate any risk of platform rejection. Complete ACX Console Submission: Bulk upload, map, and structure all audio files, chapter titles, and metadata accurately across all 4 volume listings within the ACX dashboard. Submit all 4 volumes for final publication approval. Requirements Proven ACX Track Record: Demonstrated experience publishing audiobooks on ACX/Audible with zero technical rejections. Graphic Capability: Ability to re-centre and reformat standard KDP artwork into square ACX-compliant cover art independently. High Attention to Detail: Experience handling large multi-track file structures cleanly and efficiently.
