ADGM disclosure claim review

We are an asset recovery company assisting a crypto-theft victim with a disclosure-first claim in the ADGM Courts against the relevant Nest/Binance ADGM record-holder. The victim will be the claimant and will sign all filings personally. We are helping manage the claim and technical evidence. We already prepared the core filing pack based on a similar UK disclosure case, so we are not looking for someone to build the matter from scratch. We need an ADGM-capable litigation lawyer to do a focused review and either settle/file the pack or guide filing. Initial scope: 1. Confirm conflicts. 2. Review the standalone disclosure / Norwich Pharmacal-style route. 3. Confirm the correct Nest/Binance ADGM defendant. 4. Confirm any issue with Article 13 jurisdiction, record-use restrictions, authorities/source bundle, and security for costs. 5. Quote for filing support if the route is viable. Budget is open because we do not yet know the proper cost for this ADGM review and filing support. Please propose your fee estimate or preferred structure for the initial review, and separate any later filing/hearing support cost. We can share the prepared pack after conflict check. Required: - ADGM Courts / DIFC Courts / UAE common-law litigation experience. - Civil/commercial disclosure or asset recovery experience. - Ability to work efficiently from an already-prepared draft pack.
