Summary

We're a digital marketing agency rolling out AI Search Visibility programs (AEO/GEO — Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization) for 20–30 local-business clients: home services, legal, financial, healthcare, tourism. Our internal tooling already does the analysis: it audits each client site, tracks the buyer questions their customers ask AI tools, tests who ChatGPT/Perplexity/Google AI actually recommend, scores every site 0–100 monthly, and generates prioritized fix lists and content briefs. **We need the person who executes those fix lists on client websites.** You won't be doing research or strategy from scratch — every task arrives as a specific brief with the evidence behind it. Your job is clean, verified implementation. What you'll do (typical monthly items per client) - **Structured data implementation:** add and validate JSON-LD schema — LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review, ContactPoint, plus category-specific types (LegalService, FinancialService, MedicalBusiness, etc.) — on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and similar CMSs. - **AI-access technical fixes:** upload llms.txt files (we generate the content), fix robots.txt rules blocking AI crawlers, verify sitemaps, update meta titles/descriptions from our rewrites. - **Answer-asset publishing:** take our content briefs and drafts (FAQ pages, cost guides, "how to choose" guides, comparison pages, service explainers) and turn them into published, well-formatted pages — direct answer in the first two sentences, FAQ block with matching schema, one clear call-to-action, internal links. - **Review/trust markup:** make existing reviews and credentials machine-readable (aggregate rating markup where policy-compliant, about/team pages with proper Person markup). - **Verification:** validate everything (Rich Results Test / Schema.org validator), confirm crawlability, and log completion so our monthly re-score reflects your work. How we work - Tasks arrive in ClickUp with the brief, the draft, and the target site access. Communication on Slack. - Volume starts around **8–12 hours/week** and grows with the client roster (realistic path to 20+ hrs/wk within a quarter). - Every site is re-scored monthly by our tooling — your implementations are verified by a number moving, which we'll share with you. - Long-term, ongoing engagement. We are not collecting one-off gigs. You're a fit if - You've implemented Schema.org JSON-LD by hand (not just plugin checkboxes) and can debug validation errors. - You're comfortable in at least 3 of: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify. - You know what llms.txt is, or can explain how AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) differ from Googlebot in robots.txt. - You can take a content draft and publish it cleanly — formatting, headings that mirror real questions, FAQ blocks, internal links — without needing pixel-level instructions. - You write clear completion notes a non-technical account manager can forward to a client. Nice to have - Local SEO background (GBP, citations, NAP consistency). - Experience with AI-visibility tools or your own AEO/GEO experiments. - Basic HTML/CSS/JS comfort for sites without schema plugins.
