Someone who can help us architect and build a complete operational system from the ground up. Current environment: • LinkedIn outbound operations • Multiple client accounts • Multiple team members • Lead generation workflows • Reporting systems • Student management • Booked call tracking • KPI dashboards • Operations management • AI workflow integration What we need built: ✅ Executive Dashboard Daily visibility across the entire company. ✅ Client Management System Track every client, account status, deliverables, KPIs, onboarding progress, and ownership. ✅ LinkedIn Outreach Tracking Messages sent, replies, booked calls, follow ups, performance tracking, and account health. ✅ Team Management Track staff performance, responsibilities, training progress, and accountability. ✅ Booked Calls Dashboard Visibility into booked calls, attended calls, no-shows, pipeline value, and conversion tracking. ✅ Reporting Infrastructure Replace spreadsheets with clean operational reporting. ✅ SOP & Workflow Management Centralized operational visibility across departments. ✅ Automation Opportunities Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be automated inside Airtable.
