ATS / Recruitment Platform Tester

We are executing functional staging tests for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform. We require 2 to 3 Testers with direct experience in recruiting or talent acquisition operations to perform end-to-end user acceptance testing, document software bugs, and evaluate platform workflows. You will work remotely in an asynchronous setup to ensure platform stability, recruiter workflow efficiency, and system reliability before production launch. Most Important * Proven background as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, ATS Administrator, or hands-on experience using modern recruiting platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or SmartRecruiters, Ashby, etc). * Deep functional understanding of standard recruitment workflows, including job posting creation, candidate application flows, stage progression, resume parsing, and communication tracking. * Demonstrated capability to execute structured test cases, identify system defects, and document step-by-step bug reports with clear expected vs. actual outcomes. * Ability to evaluate candidate-facing application portals and backend recruiter dashboards critically from a usability perspective.
