User Insights Specialist

Role: User Insights Specialist - customer service (Digital baby app) PLEASE NOTE : Only apply if you're a CITIZEN of Philippines (Applications outside this will not be considered) 📍 Remote (Philippines) · Full-time · ₱30,000–45,000/month About: Digital baby app is an AI companion app for adults. We're growing fast and want to deeply understand our users — what they love, what confuses them, why they stay or leave. Your job is to call them and bring those insights back to the product team. What you'll do (daily): - Phone Call the app users for 10–15 minute deep conversations — understand what they love, what frustrates them, and why they stay or leave - Hit 12–15+ completed calls per day (each 15 - 20 min long ) - Ask sharp follow-up questions to get past surface answers to real motivations - Write a short insights summary after each call — patterns, standout quotes, surprises Flag recurring pain points, feature requests, and paywall/pricing reactions You must have: - Tagalog AND fluent English — fully bilingual, comfortable holding a deep conversation in both - Excellent spoken + written English, warm and easy to talk to - Persistence — comfortable making lots of calls a day without getting discouraged - Ability to turn messy conversations into clear, useful takeaways - Reliable internet + a quiet space for calls Experience: 1–2 years. Nice to have: customer success, user research, customer service You'll be measured on: completed deep calls/day + quality of insights captured.
