AWS Cloud & WordPress Expert Needed to Offload 400GB Media Library (WPL Pro + Amazon S3)

Overview I am looking for an experienced WordPress Developer and AWS Cloud Specialist to securely offload a massive 400 GB real estate media library to Amazon S3. Our AWS infrastructure is already partially initiated (we have an active AWS account, a created S3 bucket named missouriland-wp-media, and an IAM user set up). However, because we are using the WPL Pro (WordPress Property Listing) plugin, our media assets live in a custom folder layout outside the standard WordPress media library database structure. I need an expert who can handle the bulk migration and configure asset redirection seamlessly without breaking front-end property images. Key Responsibilities Secure AWS Optimization: Review our current S3 bucket (missouriland-wp-media) and IAM configuration to ensure proper ACLs/permissions for public media delivery. Bulk Data Migration: Safely transfer 400 GB of media from our web server to Amazon S3 without data corruption or server timeouts. Custom Directory Offloading: Properly route/sync the custom WPL Pro plugin directory (e.g., /wp-content/uploads/wpl/) so that all property listing images load directly from the S3 bucket/CDN. Database & URL Rewriting: Update asset URLs across the site seamlessly to point to the new cloud storage path. Performance Check: Ensure new property uploads automatically offload moving forward. Required Experience Proven experience migrating large-scale (100GB+) WordPress sites to AWS S3. Deep understanding of AWS IAM policies, S3 bucket permissions, and asset distribution. Familiarity with real estate plugins (ideally WPL Pro / Real Estate 7 architectures) and handling non-standard WordPress upload directories. Experience using server-level sync tools (AWS CLI, SSH, Rclone, or Cyberduck) to prevent timeout failures on massive directories.
