AWS EC2 SSL Certificate Installation & Auto-Renew Setup (1-2 Hour Task)

We need an experienced AWS Systems Administrator or DevOps engineer to update an expired SSL certificate on a live server and configure an automated renewal system. Our environment is a Single-Instance setup (no AWS Load Balancer or API Gateway). Your tasks will include: 1. SSH into a running AWS EC2 instance (t2.medium tier in the us-east-1 region). 2. Locate the existing web server configuration (Nginx or Apache) that is currently serving an expired, placeholder self-signed certificate on port 443. 3. Install our newly purchased, valid third-party SSL Certificate bundle (we have the files ready). 4. Crucial: Install and configure Certbot (Let's Encrypt) on the server so that the system handles automated renewals moving forward. 5. Safely restart the web server software and verify that our custom API domain resolves perfectly over HTTPS with zero security warnings. Requirements: * Proven experience managing AWS EC2 instances via SSH. * Strong knowledge of Nginx/Apache configuration and SSL/TLS deployment. * Experience setting up Certbot cron jobs for automated renewals. Time Estimate: We expect this straightforward task to take 1 to 2 hours maximum for a skilled professional.
