𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Manage and resolve ServiceNow requests and incidents in close cooperation with the Service Desk, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. - Maintain and regularly review system configurations and documentation for Jira, Confluence and deployed add-ons. - Plan, announce and execute software updates, accompanied by full regression and functional testing, verification and logging. - Translate organisational requirements into reviewed, implementable system configuration concepts. - Monitor Atlassian best practices, product roadmaps and functional extensions, ensuring alignment with product management and product owners. - Act as the escalation point for requests and incidents with Atlassian and third-party add-on vendors. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: - Senior experience in ICT project engineering / ITSM, ideally managing large-scale Atlassian environments. - Deep practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, related add-ons and their administration. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes (incident & request management). - Certifications are considered an asset : Certifications in BPMN/ Certifications in ITSM/ Certifications in Atlassian services. 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: - Methodological rigor and adherence to quality processes. - Strong change, test and documentation discipline. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Comfortable working on-site in Bern with the core team and stakeholders. - Fluent German (minimum C1 level for technical writing). - Citizenship: Switzerland or holding C-Permit. - Availability in the near term (1 month). - A strong understanding of requirements. - Solution oriented mindset.
