AWS Infrastructure Migration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AWS professional to assist in migrating our infrastructure to a new AWS account. The project involves both Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and resources set up through the AWS console. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS services and best practices for migration. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition, minimal downtime, and adherence to security protocols. If you have a proven track record in AWS migrations and Terraform, we would love to hear from you. To be specific, we currently have an EC2 that acts as our Load Balancer. We are looking to migrate our account from the US to Canada. We have many clients setup to forward to our load balancer, and we have many certificates in ACM that are connected to our load balancer. Our ideal migration migrates ECS, RDS, S3 and their associated services, but does not require DNS changes on our client's end to re-validate certificates or re-direct to a new endpoint. I am not sure this is possible, so I am open to proposals on how to structure the Load Balancer migration to achieve our "No Client DNS Changes" goal.
