AWS Programs Coordinator

EFS Networks · Remote · Full-time About the role: EFS Networks, an AWS AI Competency Partner, is hiring a Programs Coordinator to own the administrative execution of our AWS partner-program and funding submissions. You'll work from prepared submission packages and checklists, managing the process from hand-off through approval and payment. What you'll do: • Enter fund requests and program applications in AWS Partner Central and the AWS Partner Funding Portal from prepared materials • Create and maintain AWS ACE pipeline opportunities according to our internal runbooks • Route documents for e-signature, track signers, and verify completeness before submission • Track program deadlines — claim windows, project milestones, renewal dates — and keep stakeholders on schedule • Log and organize correspondence with AWS program teams; escalate substantive questions internally • Run pre-submission quality checks: links, attachments, naming, and figure consistency across documents What we're looking for: • 2+ years in administrative coordination, operations support, or program administration • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working across web portals, spreadsheets, and document workflows • Clear, professional written communication • AWS or partner-ecosystem experience a plus, not required — we train the tool To confirm that you've read the job description thoroughly, please answer the following question at the top of your proposal: Question: What is the color of the sky on a clear day?
