Abstract Art Illustrator

I’m looking for an illustrator to create a custom artwork for a T-shirt inspired by the reference image I’ve attached. I like the overall style and composition of the reference, but I do not want an exact copy. Instead, I’d like an original collage-style illustration that celebrates the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The creation will be a single color so each element should be distinct enough that if embroidared on a shirt you can tell the elements. See attached reference below.
