Academic Application Assistant for AI PhD / Research Assistant Positions in Germany

I am looking for a reliable academic research/application assistant to help me with a trial task for PhD and research-assistant applications in Artificial Intelligence-related fields in Germany. This is a trial project. If the quality is good, I may continue with further application support. My target fields include: - Artificial Intelligence - AI for decision-making - Causal machine learning - Reinforcement learning - Robust machine learning - Optimization-informed AI - AI for sustainability - Data-driven control - Uncertainty-aware decision systems Your task for this trial: 1. Find 10–15 suitable PhD, research-assistant, or junior research positions in Germany. 2. Prepare a spreadsheet with: - university/institute/company name - position title - job link - application deadline - location - supervisor/contact person if available - required documents - whether it is PhD, research assistant, or postdoc - short explanation of why the position fits my profile 3. Select the best 2 positions from the list. 4. Prepare draft application materials for those 2 positions, including: - draft application email or portal text - tailored cover-letter draft based only on my existing materials - checklist of documents to attach - notes on any missing information Important rules: - Do not submit any application on my behalf. - Do not contact any professor, university, or institute on my behalf. - Do not invent any information, experience, skills, publications, or achievements. - Use only the materials I provide. - I will personally review and send all final applications myself. I will provide my CV, cover letter template, certificates, grade transcripts, and research keywords. Ideal candidate: - Experience with academic research or university applications - Strong English writing skills - Ability to search German university and institute websites carefully - Familiarity with PhD/research-assistant positions is a plus - Ability to organize results clearly in Excel or Google Sheets - Careful, honest, and detail-oriented Expected output: - One spreadsheet with 10–15 suitable positions - Draft application materials for the best 2 positions - Short notes explaining your selection Estimated scope: This is a small trial task of up to 5 hours. If the work is high quality, I may continue with additional application support tasks.
