US Accent Aptmt Setter Wanted – Warm Leads, Fast Pay & Quick Advancement!

We're looking for a reliable, positive, and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team long-term. This is not typical cold calling. You'll primarily be calling leads we've already been messaging with, so there is already some familiarity and interest. Your job is simple: have a natural conversation, learn about their business, qualify the opportunity, get them excited about what we can offer, and book the appointment. If you have experience in sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, or closing, this should be very straightforward and natural for you. What We're Looking For * Clear, natural U.S. accent — required * Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred * Great attitude and positive energy * Reliable and dependable * Coachable and professional * Comfortable speaking naturally with business owners * Able to ask the right discovery and qualification questions without sounding scripted * Dedicated workspace and reliable internet * Available during typical U.S. business hours, approximately **9 AM–5 PM** We're looking for someone who can build rapport, have real conversations, identify qualified prospects, and confidently move them toward a booked appointment. Compensation This is a commission-only position, but if you're a decent setter, you WILL earn commission very quickly. We pay fast , potentially as often as every other day. We're looking for the right person to work with us long-term and become part of a good team.
