We are a fast-growing moving and relocation company looking for an experienced Google Sheets expert, dashboard developer, or operations analyst to build a professional Sales Command Center that will be used daily by management and sales agents. This is NOT a simple spreadsheet project. We need a clean, visually appealing, executive-level dashboard that allows us to manage sales performance, lead flow, quote activity, deposits, and booked revenue across our entire sales organization. Deliverables Create a Google Sheets dashboard containing multiple tabs and executive reporting views. Required Tabs 1. Daily Scoreboard Track each sales agent's: Calls Taken Conversations Quotes Sent Deposits Collected Revenue Booked Close Percentage 2. Call Activity Dashboard Track: Total Calls Connected Calls Talk Time Average Call Length Contact Rate 3. Quote Tracking Track: Quotes Sent Total Quote Value Deposits Collected Revenue Generated Quote-to-Deposit Conversion % 4. Lead Source Performance Track performance by lead vendor: Leads Received Quotes Generated Deposits Collected Revenue Produced Revenue Per Lead 5. Leaderboard Automatically rank agents by: Revenue Deposits Close Percentage 6. Accountability Dashboard Track: Leads Assigned No Contact Leads Follow-Ups Due Missing Quotes Missed Opportunities 7.
