About the Role: We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who will work closely with me to manage our current coaching clients and create a smooth, professional experience for them. Key Responsibilities: Update clients’ programs every 4 weeks on Zenfit. (Templates are already created) Provide feedback on clients’ weekly check-ins. Respond to client messages promptly and professionally. Help us maintain and improve our client satisfaction and retention rates.
