Hello, I am searching for a motivated virtual assistant who has a sense of urgency and can help me make phone calls to gather the required information for billing purposes and obtain signatures using a system called Zoho Sign. The tasks include verifying the case number and obtaining the correct address to send the bills to. Additionally, follow-up calls will be required after the bills have been sent. During the interview, we can discuss other administrative tasks that may be needed. Spanish and English proficiency is a must. Looking forward to hearing from you,
