Another job I have in the health industry, was working as a record retrieval specialist in a legal office. My job is to call different hospitals all over the U.S.A. to retrieve medical records for patients. With this type of job, I get to experience talking to the gatekeepers first, such as receptionists and secretaries, before I can talk to the right person. I am an experienced customer service representative as well who have handled calls for nine years.
