I'm not the type of project manager who's only deadline-oriented and I really care about the quality of work and the satisfaction of the clients and my teammates. Since every single project is a different and specific product I try to dive into every specific detail about each project so I could be suggestive to the client and recommend improvements. So I really like to be involved with product development and its roadmap and I've helped many of my clients to enrich and improve their products by suggesting new features and different innovative solutions. Verbal communication: My English is fluent and I'm comfortable having video meetings. Written communication: I'm used to communicate with the clients in written form as well and in different styles depending on the approach of the company that I'm representing so it could be formal or friendly. I personally prefer friendly but respectable style because it gives the client the feeling of being part of the team and provides more trust. Tools that I've been using are Airtable, Trello, Asana, Jira, Basecamp and also many custom CRMs. I'm always willed to learn about other tools and I'd be glad to have an opportunity to learn something new or improve my current skills.
