MS Access Database Migration Expert

I’m looking for an MS Access expert to help us migrate a multi-tab Excel spreadsheet into a structured Access database with an intuitive front-end GUI. Front end GUI can be any in access, .Net, VB or any other platform. The current setup consists of 7–8 tabs and about 1,500 rows of data, involving various cross-field references and calculations. That includes functions like VLOOKUP, getpivotdata, index etc. In addition to the data migration, we need to implement user/group-based access controls and build out several predefined, standard reports that can be accessed based on individual permission. It’s a relatively straightforward project, but we need someone with strong database design skills to handle it smoothly. Please let me know if you have availability to discuss the details!
