Access Database for Customer Management

Summary

Create an Access Database, something that i can make changes to, that allows me to import a large approx. 11K excel list of Account numbers, location addresses, contract numbers, region numbers. I need to track the serial numbers of up to 4 products per location with the ability to show a replacement serial number/tracking number without losing the original serial number. Currently once a month I upload the serial numbers using a primary account number, (VLook up) then use the match command in excel from the old serial number to new serial number to track the replacements. I need a large comment field with a flag for follow up on the comments
